I've been taking my dog to Second Tub several years now. But in the last couple visits it's taking a lot longer for a basic spa than it used to. I don't get it considering they have so much more staff now. I will still continue to bring my dog there but hope they can speed up.

They were amazing. Sometimes you get treated differently when you walk in with a special discount. They treated me like a regular customer. I would go back. I was very impressed with how professional they were with my hyperactive dog. They even gave my dog a Christmas 'lootbag' and a decoration with the dog
s name on it. Wow!

excellent customer service and they did an amazing job on my dog. They groomed him to my specifications even though it was a bit tricky. Definitely will return in the future.

My dog was a first time customer and they treated him really well. They cut out all his mats but still managed to keep his hair at a longer length like I had asked. Great customer service and excellent grooming salon!

The store did not look very neat and clean. The young lady who answers the phone and covers the front desk is rude and has no personality.

The place was MUCH BETTER when I used to go a couple years ago and the owner worked in the store. I took the time to write this because I remember how wonderful the owner was and I think she needs to know.

Harrison and Lenny are giving Second Tub 8 paws all the way. The boys are now 13 years old and have been going on and off since they opened. Marie is great and always treats the boys really good along with the girls that do the grooming. For the first time in 13 years this past June I got there hair cut short - I didnt know how it would turn out - But I loved it! And the boys were bouncing around like they were puppies again! Will always go back and give business to Second Tub!

Hamish has been coming to Second Tub from the beginning. He is now 14 1/2 and has Dementia - but Nadia has been so kind and accommodating to his situation. Can't thank Second Tub enough.

terrific groomers, only downside is multiple bookings at times, although always friendly and engaged.

Always Friendly, Always Helpful. We have a black lab who hates the water and getting her nails done, but she always leaves clean with shorter nails and happy. And I always leave less stressed because she has been handled with care and love!
