Second Tub celebrates one year with the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs

On Sunday June 3, 2007, Second Tub hosted its first customer appreciation day to celebrate its one year anniversary. The St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs and their volunteers were there to help us celebrate and spread the word about their volunteer service in the community. This volunteer service provides companionship of a dog of patrons of senior homes, hospitals and educational institutions.

All volunteers of the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog program in Mississauga whose dog is a certified therapy dog, may have free access to the use of our self-serve facility.

Contact Stefanie Voss for more information on how to become a St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog volunteer.
